[FM Discuss] user pages for FM (test)

hi,

I just put in some tools for seeing who has registered and for creating
user pages. Its all beta-ish...if there is anyone that would like to try
it out then let me know and I will copy the template to your user page. 

At the moment everyone has a user page but its rather dull.  They
currently are rather unusable and look like this:

So I made a new template and you can see it here in use:

Its all editable only by the user (and Admins) and the editing is only
done by forms...no free form user pages.

There is also a list of all registered users:

I would like to know a couple of things what else do we need on user
pages...also, anyone wanting to test these out let me know and I will
copy the template to your user page. We need to test it a little.

We will also link this user page from all places your username appears -
on the credits, in diff lists, change notification emails etc etc etc
