[FM Discuss] mail notification improvement

The mail notification system now has a better comparison layout for
revisions. Walter brought this issue up at the Sugar/XO Book Sprint and
so I took some time to improve it.

If you are subscribed to mail notifications for a manual you get an
email when changes in that mail have taken place. This email would have
a link to a page that shows the comparison of the changes made. The old
format of this comparison was not really very clear so I've changed it.

As an example the old layout looked like this :
