I am just forwarding this email to the FLOSS Manuals list with a cc to
Dougie Richardson. Dougie very kindly sent this email (below) in support
of our sprints to the Ubuntu Docs list. I hope this might be the
beginning of ongoing goodwill between our projects. I also hope it might
lead to other collaborations in the future.

Ubuntu-docs is a great project, and worth checking out if anyone is
looking to broaden their doc writing experience there is more info about

Hi all,

Floss Manuals[1] are looking for possible collaboration on upcoming
sprints and are interested in working with the documentation team on
Ubuntu material for them.

For those who are interested in further technical writing, this might
be useful and is a well regarded project covering a range of OSS
topics.  I'd urge you to read the license [2] but if anyone is
interested in being more involved Adam Hyde [3] is the man to speak
to.
