Hi,
I just sent something with the subject of "Firefox"  As it seems, I messed
up my browser or something because now it works -- well, kind of.  Now it is
all published, but the "Make PDF" and "View All & Print" buttons are
overlapping the first few chapters of the manual.  It is not like this for
other manuals, but it is blocking the introduction chapter, which is kind of
important, so this should be fixed.  How?
