[FM Discuss] Firefox Manual

I've seen this problem as well on Win Vista using Firefox 3.5 and IE
8. I'm adding the Tech list since Adam's out this week - can someone
take a look at what's going on here with MAKE PDF VIEW ALL & PRINT and
buttons shifting?
