Dear Anne,

I am contacting you from HCL Consultants, a consultancy involved in the
recruitment of experts and the implementation of technical assistance
projects for the European Commission (please see website below for further
information).

HCL has recently received the ToR for a new EC project "RENFORCEMENT DE
L'ACCES A L'INFORMATION DE LA SOCIETE CIVILE DANS LE DEVELOPPEMENT" (see ToR
in attachment)

In the frame of this project we're currently looking for a Team leader
(senior expert) and 2 junior experts with a strong knowledge of IT including
wiki environment and with a strong experience with civil society (NGO, NSA
etc.)
The project is expected to start on the 1rst September 2009 and requires 60
working days for the team leader and 250 wd for the 2 category junior
experts

While looking for  experts in the internet I came across your blog and since
you seem very familiar  with wiki technology I was wondering whether you
could help me for this request. Thus, I would like to kindly ask you whether
you would be personally interested in this assignment or if you could
recommend me other individual experts or organisations involved in the
development of wiki technology.

Please note that my deadline for submitting CV to my consortium ;leader is
the 6 July, but I would appreciate if you could inform me as soon as
possible whether you might be able to collaborate with us.
