[FM Discuss] Please do not subscribe me to your list!

hey,

Its a better idea. Im not a very good list admin, I get grumpy when
there is a lot of mail to the list taht I need to process from people
not subscribed.

I will behave myself better next time ;) (and i will put a message in
the auto reply)
