Just to add.
I have checked the CC website.
CC-SA license is a retired license (
http://creativecommons.org/retiredlicenses ). I cannot use this. the
only option in this can is CC-BY-SA license.
Attribution to central organisation can be covered in online copyright
notice whose link is given on pages. It seems to be easier way.
