I am trying to translate the indexes, but it seems that Greek characters are
not supported there - eg.
http://translate.flossmanuals.net/bin/arrange/XO_el.

also, Greek characters do not seem to be supported in the PDF versions of
the manuals. eg http://translate.flossmanuals.net/XO_el/FM_XO_el_14Sep09.pdf
