The 2.3 times larger pages can fit more than you might think, because
less space is wasted in margins and everything generally fits together
better.  Here's an example of the Audacity manual fitting on 18 "Oamaru
tabloid" pages with the default settings (the book version has 83 pages):

This can be reduced by tuning the CSS or perhaps squeezing in another
column.

Does this 305x450 size have a name?  I'll put it in the Objavi size list.

I think in Martin's case, the Oamaru printers are still the best option:
shipping costs from Germany would be high and it might be hard to find
10000 readers in New Zealand.
