[FM Discuss] Etoys documentation

Hi all -
Absolutely, we can start with those chapters and add more later as we go.
I'll also ensure the title is "Etoys Reference Manual". Sounds great. I've
also added Etoys to the Sugar/OLPC Activity Tutorials area on the Main page.


For you Etoys fans, I know you're out there, now's your chance to work on a
reference manual for Etoys. The chapters are in place - feel free to add
content as you see fit. :)
