[FM Discuss] Modified PDF for MYOSA

Hi James,

I had a quick look at objavi.  When you select "custom" for the CSS
mode, a list of available fonts you can use is on the right.
Unfortunately Century Gothic is not among the fonts installed on the
server so objavi will end up substituting it for another font.
