Maybe the margins for OBJAVI didn't change after all.  As an
alternative to re-printing my whole book I put the PDF on an Android
tablet I own.  Surprise, surprise, the text that was truncated when
viewing the same damned file on Windows is NOT truncated on the
tablet, and of course I used Linux to print the PDF to begin with (I
used Evince because Adobe reader had issues).
