[FM Discuss] cf going crazy (as in crazy good)

the page breaks....if unsightly u can split pages...but you would need
first to import the book into Booki as it handles layout better than the
current FM...

then you could talk to Mushon from CF about his experiences managing
this...i think he might write a blog post about it...but you could join
the cf discussion list (linked from the cf page) and ask him about it
