[FM Discuss] OpenMRS Manual

I've been listening to this conversation and since it seems like there
is a lot of enthusiasm around an OpenMRS manual, I will get it set up
tomorrow morning and then mail it's link to the list.

Once it is there it can be used to help plan the manual structure and
the book sprint.
