[FM Discuss] [PD] Portuguese translation of the PD manual

this is a GREAT discussion....also, if there is any interest in setting
up a PT-BR FLOSS Manuals (http://pt.flossmanuals.net) then perhaps after
getting the PD manual going we should discuss this....
