yesyes. great. i usually make a chapter 'about this book' where i do the
credits. or you can edit the credits page and add a comment at the top -
be careful not to change the rest of te page as it has tags that
indicate the autogeneration of credits

lulu has various states for a book. published and private being the two
we worry about. published means anyone can buy it and see it, private
means that only the account holder that created it can see it and buy a
test copy (etc)...by 'closed' i meant we should switch the state to
private so that no one else could buy a book until you cold update the
PDF with the changes you mentioned. However it seems, from Annes
comments, the state was already 'private' so there is nothing to worry
about
