Or you can just ask - I'll do them now :) I don't have the privs to
give you privs, but I can publish...

I think that's the default - and since the revisions are available to
see, ppl will know that you wrote most of the content. As for others
that wrote the content, unfortuantely the nature of the software is
that the circle-c is automated on those accounts that "touch" the
manual - you can see that I'm now listed and all I've done is publish
:)

I think that's the idea at any rate - I'm sure Adam will be able to
expand on that idea.
