hi all - For the Institute's dictionary on Lulu we pay $5.81 a copy (you
have to order 100 at a time to get that rate, otherwise it's 7.50 or
something) and domestic ground shipping of 100 is $34. We paid a flat rate
of $100 for the ISBN.
