[FM Discuss] can i upload .csd files?

i didnt enable this because i thought it would be a security issue to
ahve people uploading all sorts of files...any advice on how we should
deal with this? do i alter the mimetypes to allow specific filetypes or
do we encourage people to upload content somewhere else and link to it?
