Hello Everyone -
I'm looking for volunteers to join me in writing the Thunderbird manual.
For this initial version I think we should focus on installation, basic
email tasks, and security. Please take a look at the chapter list that I
put together at the FLOSS site
(http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/Thunderbird/WebHome). I'm
interested in hearing what you think should be added or removed from it.
At work and home I have computers running Windows and Ubuntu but no
Macs. I would love it if a Mac user would volunteer to write the OS X
chapter.
As I really don't want to use my email accounts in the screen shots (and
I don't think that anyone else does either), I have set up a few email
accounts for the project. Security isn't all that important to these
accounts so I'll put the passwords on the writing conventions page.

I'm looking forward to working on this manual. Let's get started.
Thanks,
Mark Brennan
