[FM Discuss] Please publish both "ReadingAndSugar" and "ActivitiesGuideSugar"

good work james...thanks a lot for the very descriptive bugs in trac,
following through with the conversation until the resolution, and
reporting the outcomes here for others to learn from :) its that sort of
thing that helps us all & booki/objavi dev a great deal
