[FM Discuss] booki : new layout tools

hi,

I added some new tools to the editor in Booki. this means you can add
math symbols for equations and add footnotes plus there is some other
tools for layout including indenting etc etc etc ... i need to know if
they render well in the pdf...if anyone can try this out in booki and
output to pdf i would be happy for feedback
