[FM Discuss] Objavi II for Make Your Own Sugar activities

I'm creating an interior PDF of the Make Your Own Sugar Activities book. I"m
picking ActivitiesGuideSugar from the list and en.flossmanuals.net for the
server.

However, I'm getting a PDF with a title page, a TOC but no TOC listings, and
the last page, but no innards.

Any thoughts?
