[FM Discuss] More "iconic" book cover image for MYOSA

Anne,

I tried to use OBJAVI to get a PDF for "Make Your Own Sugar
Activities!" and got the same results you did.  Strangely enough,
OBJAVI works just fine for "Reading And Leading With Sugar", so it
seems to be a problem with that specific book.
