[FM Discuss] OBJAVI problems with "Make Your Own Sugar Activities!"

Hi James,

I gave things a similar go and got the same results, I also tried
Importing Make Your Own Sugar Activities into Booki to see if publishing
from there made any difference.  But after Importing I had an empty
book, I tried several other Manuals which all worked.  Then When I went
back to the Editing page for Sugar Activities in FM I notice that none
of the chapters have been added to the book using the "Arrange Manual
Index" link.  If you use that to add your chapters into the book it
should be publishable with objavi.
