[FM Discuss] Idea for additional chapter in Thunderbird manual

I meant to post this to the list earlier, but a number of things got in the
way.

Last week, I was at the Free Software Open Source Symposium (FSOSS) here in
Toronto and was discussing the Thunderbird book sprint with a few people.
Two questions that some of FSOSS attendees asked were:

1. Where can I get more help?
2. How do I file a bug report?

I was thinking that this could make a good appendix in the Thunderbird
manual. It would be divided into two parts: 1) pointers to the Mozilla
Messaging KB and the MozillaZine KB, along with pointers to support site at
GetSatisfaction.com; and 2) information on how and where to file a bug
report. For the how, we could either use the information at the URL below or
point to it:

https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Bug_writing_guidelines

Any thoughts about this?

Scott
