[FM Discuss] Language navigation on FM site

I notice that our support for navigation to translations is rather erratic.

* Some languages are linked from the FM home page, others are not.

* The link to translate.flossmanuals.net is entirely obscure to
non-geeks, with the name '*'.

* Some translations are not listed on the corresponding language page,
or on the translate subdomain.

* Books in languages that have their own pages are not linked to from
the translate page.

* There is no link from the Translation Zone back to the home page.

* The various language pages, Finnish, French, Dutch, Farsi, English,
have different sets of links, and no commonality in text content.

* The Farsi page gives book titles only in English.

Also, our handling of RTL text (Arabic and Farsi) is inconsistent.
Most is flush right, which is correct, but some is flush left.

I am trying to organize volunteers for much more translation work. I
would like to see a Spanish-language page, and will no doubt ask for
others as volume increases.
