[FM Discuss] localise fm

ok...so. On to the next step. We have a new localisation tool. We are 
going to start with a Spanish and any other languages that get floated 
on to the list.

we installed the localisor first on booki.cc. You can have a look here:
http://www.booki.cc/selftranslate/es/

we'll finish this then move the translated files to fm and set up a 
localisor on the fm install of booki...for now try the above url
