[FM Discuss] localise fm

Adam,

This a separate topic that probably belongs on its own thread but I'll ask
here.  What is the status of replicating the translation zones on book
interface for actually translating a specific manual. For Mifos, we had an
in-progress Spanish translation that I was looking to have one of our
volunteers finish up.
