Hi Quynh Vu Do,

I've published the XO_vi manual and you can access it from here:

I've had a problem adding the link for the published manual to the 
translate front page but I'm talking to Adam to work out how we can put 
it there.

I've change the status for the CongTrng chapter to published.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
