There is still an issue with accentuated characters in the index that
display as an interrogation mark. I forgot to mention that when I
edited the index table.

If there is no way to fix it from your side, I'll try to edit the
index and replace all the characters displayed as interrogation marks
by their corresponding Unicode HTML entities.

Anyway, Thanks for publishing the XO_vi flossmanual. Now we can start
translating an other flossmanual into Vietnamese.
