[FM Discuss] objavi tweaks / booki.cc: green economics and management

Hi all,
I am new on the discuss list, after working the last 3 weeks with  
booki.cc in a class of 30 international business students at Aalto  
University School of Economics, Mikkeli, Finland.  Its been an  
interesting journey so far, and I will make a blog post to  
blog.booki.cc in the near future. You can see here how its gone:

Today I am tweaking the A5 export to give to printers this afternoon,  
and I ask for some assistance..

I understand that some of you have manually added to css a page  
break.. objavi-forcebreak

But how might I adjust the content and placement of the copyright  
notice?

Copyright: **The contributors (see back)**
Note: **We offer no warranty if you follow this manual...**

I am not using the contributors/authors output at the back, due to  
page number limits, but names are added in abstract chapters instead.

The note is nice for software manuals, and it is nice joke to have no  
warrenty for green economics and management, but maybe I can add  
something else?

Furthermore, I would like to add the copyright notice to the bottom  
of the first/title page.
