yes, for now.. you just copy+paste the link :( it is a default xinha
dialog. but, we started working on some new sexy features for
remixing/creating new books/importing chapters and etc... and new
interface for chapter linking will be part of this. it will be a
custom booki dialog. it will be one of those "smart search" things
where you will be able to browse your book/other books/search other
books  until your find.. well, whatever you are searching for.
