[FM Discuss] strange error when generating the epub from booki

Ana,

I don't understand the need to change these file names.  They should be
completely hidden from the reader of the book, and the only time an author
of the book would need to deal with them would be when he creates a table of
contents page for the EPUB (which currently must be done outside of Booki).

Am I missing something here?
