[FM Discuss] translation zone help with chinese translation of Digital Foundations

Hi all,

Qimei Luo (qimei.luo at gmail.com) lead a team that did 99% of a Mandarin
translation for Digital Foundations. She is having some trouble with the
final steps. She writes:

 I am trying to finish the last chapter translation from English to Mandarin
version for Digital Foundation. However, when i clicked "edit", it says
"ERROR! Could not read list of available languages!" I tried other chapters.
they all have same problem. How can it be fixed? thanks,

I checked at http://new.flossmanuals.net/digital-foundations/index.php and
click Digital Foundations, it says "This page does not exist "??

The book has been in this state for about 6 months, and needless to say, it
would nice to get it finished.

We have tried messaging the FM Discuss in the past. Can someone help with
this?
