I can confirm the error, for example here:

That URL is deprecated. This would appear to be the reason for the bug
above. The English version is missing from the left hand side of the
translation window because of the URL change. It's looking for:

http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/DigitalFoundations/Introduction/?rev=1.6&skin=ajax

when the page is now at:

http://en.flossmanuals.net/digital-foundations/index/

This bug appears to affect all translations of all manuals, e.g.

http://translate.flossmanuals.net/bin/xchangetranslate/ActivitiesGuideSugar_es/WhatIsSugar?skin=xinha
