[FM Discuss] FM meeting end of Sept/early October?

thanks for this post mick; i'm of the same understanding about it as
you, that it is a meeting to assess who might be able to take on what
roles & what we want the future to look like for floss manuals. & it's
open to anyone who wants to contribute.
personally i'm quite overcommitted until the end of september, as i've
said before - so i'm not going to volunteer to organise the meeting; but
(depending on the dates) i will come; i don't know exactly what i might
want or be able to take on (being a fairly over-committed person at the
best of times) but i do believe that floss manuals is a valuable
platform & viable community, & i'm prepared to contribute to the
discussion about how it can best continue.
so it's up to all of us to take on a slice of ownership, make the
meeting happen, & front up for some of the work. anyone who is feeling
shy about volunteering because they aren't sure what it's about or if
they're allowed, should just put their hand up & do it.
