[FM Discuss] Really expensive paperback MYOSA!

Adam,

I have asked Amazon to either list the Lulu version or get rid of this
one.  I would of course like the Lulu one to be listed on Amazon.

I have to do something about this because it hurts the credibility of
the book to have a ridiculous listing like this on the site.
