Greetings Elisa, hi everybody,

if I may add my 2 cents here, although I'm not familiar with the
process of "sprinting" through a translation: perhaps it would be of
good practice, in these kinds of events, for everybody involved to
_first_ carefully go through the English version of the manual and
correct/expand/improve whatever seems perfectible, _prior_ to starting
with the actual translation part.

This may look as a time-consuming task, but I have a hunch that it
could actually make the translation process go faster afterwards, and
besides, better English manuals would profit to the FLOSS community as
a whole, not just to the language that's being translated. (I'm
speaking as a general rule of thumb here, not specifically wrt the
Thunderbird manual we dealt with yesterday ;)
