thanks aco for setting up the mirror. I updated the book:

if anyone can help please improve at the three first chapters of the manual:

These three need to kick off the manual but need to be really punchy. At
the moment they are not connected well (dont provide a good flow) and they
lack punch.

Feel free to rearrange/edit/cut/rewrite.

Any help is very much appreciated. I will check it tomorrow since the net
access here is very limited.
