[FM Discuss] old missing links on flossmanuals and the future

Hey Mick,

My thoughts on that are that because each manual has different requirements
structure and stability of links, it is hard for FM to please everyone, and
so if persistence in links is important to a project, they should probably
take that on themselves and host the content from a domain they control.

CivICRM has been caught out by link renaming / moving on a few occasions
and that's how we plan on handling links for the short and medium term, I
think.
