[FM Discuss] slight delay in fm admin

I'm moving to Tarawa, Kiribati ( http://g.co/maps/w2tsq ) for a year
at the start of March and am snowed under preparing. Hence, my role
here will have to solidify as a "list reader only" due to the internet
connection available in Kiribati being poor.
