I should add that I will of course volunteer to do those things I was 
just complaining about!
Point me to the git repository id that is a new release, the release 
number, and I will make tarballs/push to pypi [*] (rename it to booki 
type) , make the branch in git / update the readme and changelogs etc   :-D
