People who post unsolicited messages to a forum
might also deface the books themselves. Perhaps
a single person could be responsible for monitoring
both things (or delegate it to assistants).

I think this is a good idea IF there are moderators for each forum.
Without mods, there is just spam, spam, and more spam.

Perhaps create the forum for each team who want it? -- If they agree
to do moderation.
