For the Spanish translation of *Make Your Own Sugar Activities!* each
translator was assigned chapters and was given credit in a footnote for
that chapter.

I had *About The Authors* chapters in my books. What was lacking was
author credit on the title page and on the cover. I made my own covers for
the CreateSpace versions which corrected that. For *E-Book
Enlightenment*Rebecca Malamud had a "Virtual Book Signing" where she
made 50 front covers
for the book (which she published with her own equipment). She shipped the
covers to me for my signature and I signed them and shipped them back.
Everyone else who worked on publishing that book signed the covers too.
When I made the CreateSpace cover I used a scan of her book covers,
complete with signatures, so the CreateSpace version has the signatures too.
