[FM Discuss] portuguese translation of a book

hi list,

I would like to start a translation of some books to Portuguese. I've
noticed that people are just using the pattern:

[Original name in English] [Name of the new language in English]
e.g.: PURE DATA -> PURE DATA Portuguese
instead of: PURE DATA -> PURE DATA Português

do you have any suggestion or rules follow?!
