[FM Discuss] AIDR manual missing

HI Mick, Can you please advise how we might be able to install booktype
manually and retrieve the content?
Also I thought we had published the manual but it is unfortunate that the
migration did not include all the books.
In the meantime, we are reconstructing the manual.
