Heather, Mike,

I'm sad that this important book has been lost and I hope that it can
be recreated. Also I'm sad that when Mick was working hard to recruit
people to migrate manuals, making repeated requests for help on this
list, none of the AIDR team seem to have got the message. Both these
things are unfortunate.

Also, it was not easy to find the source for booktype [1] from the
booktype.pro website, which was frustrating to me and I expect others
might feel frustrated by that also. Promoting the hosted product
without linking the source is not ideal, IMHO.

After some searching I did find this excellent article [2] written by
sourcefabric, which I hope will enable others to install booktype and
extract manuals from Mick's postgreSQL dump.
