[FM Discuss] Portuguese floss manuals and editing tool suggestion

I am writing two floss manuals in portuguese and I am wondering if the new
platform has support to show up "Portuguese" under Lang option..

also, can you suggest any editing toll that make it easy to export the book
to FM?!?!
